The Radicals: Design Sprint for the App

Meet Patty, the lead product success specialist in UX. Currently, she is focused on developing the structure of a mobile app for a client. To ensure that the final product is user-friendly and effective, Patty recently held a UX meeting.

Design thinking principles

Our team is utilizing design thinking principles to create a digital product for Radicals. We aim to validate ideas, enhance the app workflow, and generate innovative problem-solving solutions. The app focuses on visualizing soft work contributions and offers a Bumble-like experience, enabling users to recognize and reward their co-workers, schedule coffee meetings, have open conversations, and more. By leveraging design thinking principles, we aim to develop a cutting-edge app that delivers an exceptional user experience while addressing the needs and preferences of The Radicals.

Diverse thinking

Participants ranged from operations to developers, designers, and interns, all eager to contribute their perspectives. The objective was to sketch out their ideas for the optimal workflow of the app, using just a piece of paper and a marker. The group shared their visions, and diverse viewpoints led to valuable insights and innovative concepts. Although not everyone was a natural artist, everyone made a concerted effort to communicate their ideas effectively. The team is now eagerly anticipating the final product, excited to see which concepts will be implemented and deliver exceptional results.
