This local company aims to enable patients to easily share information with their doctors and provide tools that streamline lab processes.


We assembled a team to revolutionize the clinical analysis process for patients by leveraging technology.

Recognizing the surge in clinical analyses during and after the pandemic, the company understood the necessity to transform its service approach. In response, they embarked on an innovative journey, introducing home delivery clinical services and establishing drive-through branches.


These initiatives were aimed at enhancing customer convenience and ensuring efficient attention processes.


Diazlab is a family-owned clinical analysis laboratory company, with more than 65 collaborators, 12 locations and strategic alliances that has been a key part in the recovery of patients, providing professional support and 100% human-center for the determination of a clinical diagnosis, in addition to helping the prevention and health of the company's workforce.


In 2018, Diazlab contacted us for reference to another success story, to develop their digital products and improve his internal processes. First, we had an understanding of their needs to be able to assemble a complete software development team, starting with 3 people with the promise of scaling both the team and the technology developed.


This has resulted in better patient experiences and stronger alignment between patients and labs. Our long-term partnership supports the company's chemical solutions, laboratory staff, sales teams, and patients, ultimately reducing complications and improving the overall patient experience. Our product has proven invaluable and is making a significant impact in the market. 

The pandemic experience 

During the pandemic, the lab approached us with an urgent need to develop a solution that would keep people safe and allow them to receive medical attention from home. Our experienced teams were anxious but determined to rise to the challenge. We leveraged our technology and business model development expertise to create a home lab test that fulfilled a crucial need for patients during the lockdown.


With a deep understanding of the rapidly changing circumstances, we worked tirelessly to deliver a reliable and effective product in record time. Our commitment to learning and adapting to every change during this unprecedented period allowed us to continuously improve and build a superior product that met the needs of patients. 

The fuck-up   

One mistake we should have made in the product development process was prioritizing non-essential functionalities over the product's core purpose. This is a common pitfall in software projects. To avoid this, it is important to keep the purpose of the product in mind, which is to solve a problem. We recommend delivering the first functionality and validating it through user feedback.


By involving the user in the development process, we can ensure that the product meets their needs and continuously validate ideas to integrate them into the product. This approach ensures we prioritize what matters to the users while keeping sight of the product's purpose
