We have partnerships with several schools in Mexico to keep our intern process active. Through our Xipe Academy program, we integrate interns into ongoing projects, providing training and guidance to mold them into the next generation of developers. 

  • Fast and Agile Contracting

We understand that time is of the essence in these processes. Therefore, once we complete the recruitment process and have the right people, we have a contracting process that takes only 3 days, after which the individual has a signed contract. Then, it's just a matter of waiting for the average 2-week notice period for changing jobs.

Therefore, we keep you always involved in the recruitment process, providing constant updates to help make decisions that streamline the process. Our PROCESS


1..Understanding Your Project Needs - 1 week

2. Sourcing - 3 weeks

3. Contracting - 2/3 Days

4. Developer Migration from One Job to Another - 2 weeks

After the contracting phase, we facilitate a seamless transition for the selected developers from their current positions to your project. This involves providing support, guidance, and assistance to ensure a smooth migration process, allowing the developers to integrate seamlessly into your team and hit the ground running in their new roles. Throughout this period, we maintain open communication channels and provide ongoing support to address any challenges or concerns that may arise, ensuring a successful transition for all parties involved.
