    - If you’re an agile company that doesn’t care a lot about certifications, we can find those for you.

    - If you do care about certifications, we can find that for you.

After that understanding, we start looking for those engineers for you.

    - If you want to participate in the interviews, we can do that, but it can slow the process down.

    - Our guarantee is that if you feel the person we hired is not delivering, we can change him free of charge.

  • 10. Do you give them tests to pre-qualify candidates to accelerate the recruitment process?

Right now, is super easy for developers to be experts at passing tests. That’s a whole industry. Youtube is filled with “how to pass x tests” courses. What we do is a session of pair or mob programming. We define a problem with you and, because we are developers, we write code with them. That way, we start interacting with the person, making sure that they have communications skills, that they’re are honest & willing to raise their hand and say, “I need help”, that is highly valuable.

  • 11. Can I have a say in the final hiring decision?

Absolutely! We go through a solid process to find and filter candidates, but if you want, we can totally add a final step. You'd get to meet the person before we make the last call.

Developers Work Relationship

  • 12. Do you hire the engineers in a separate company?

No, the hiring is done through our company XIPE. We get the resources that your engineers need to work on your project while we take care of your recruitment, payroll, etc. Our job is to get you a dedicated team as soon as possible with the less paperwork.

We focus on nourishing your culture with your developers and not interfere in your development process. We help your engineers to adapt to your processes while you take care of project management, guiding & leading your team to where you want them to go.

  • 13. Is the team fully owned and operated by us?

We hire the engineers in our company, and they work, from our office, dedicated on your project, in the same time zone as you.

  • 14. Do the developers work from home?

We encourage people to come to the office at least three times a week and we provide the space for them.

  • 15. What are typical working hours and time zone for tech professionals in Mexico?

Every team customizes their work hours to match the client's requirements, though the usual schedule is 9 AM – 6 PM PST. Mexico, on the other hand, only has a 2-hour difference from all the mainland time zones in the United States, so seamless collaboration is guaranteed.

  • 16. How does time off and holiday's will work for my team?

Every company can set up their own system for time off and holidays, as long as they follow the rules of Mexican labor laws. These laws include giving employees 12 vacation days in the first year and having 10 holidays spread across the year.
