We are committed to implementing and growing a blind recruitment process as much as possible. Our process does not require resumes, chats, emails with names or pictures, or technical tests with video. Final decisions are based on blind scores. 

We respect team members' privacy at all times, including their decision to turn on/off their cameras during meetings, reveal their location, or disclose personal information. The only data shared is necessary to ensure people's well-being, such as health insurance, salaries, and other requirements that people may request. All other personal information can remain private if people choose. 

We are committed to keeping Xipe a no-label company. We do not differentiate people based on gender, ethnicity, race, or any other label that attempts to define or categorize a person. At Xipe, we are all Rebels, and that's it. 

We have a no-question-ask policy in place to accept and protect any request from team members regarding how to interact or create a better space for them. 

We are committed to maintaining Xipe as a place of free speech, where no topic is censored and broadcast with respect to the audience or interlocutors. 

Xipe stands against any discrimination and will not work with anyone who discriminates or humiliates others. Our contracts with partners and team members are attached to this clause.
