We are seeking a
Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
THE ROLE
Tech Recruiter
Key Responsabilities:
- Identify talent needs at Xipe and our clients, ensuring alignment with technical and cultural requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Screen candidates, assess technical skills, and coordinate efficient interview processes.
- Negotiate offers and oversee smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Organize events to engage talent and strengthen industry connections.
- Build relationships with universities to enhance employer branding and attract emerging talent.
Experience:
- 4+ years in technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and software development processes.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards
- English Proficiency: C1-C2 level for seamless communication with native speakers.
What We Offer:
- Gross Salary: 25-30K pesos mexicanos.
