We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.

THE ROLE

Tech Recruiter

Key Responsabilities:

  • Identify talent needs at Xipe and our clients, ensuring alignment with technical and cultural requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
  • Screen candidates, assess technical skills, and coordinate efficient interview processes.
  • Negotiate offers and oversee smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Organize events to engage talent and strengthen industry connections.
  • Build relationships with universities to enhance employer branding and attract emerging talent.

Experience:

  • 4+ years in technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and software development processes.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards
  • English Proficiency: C1-C2 level for seamless communication with native speakers.

What We Offer:

  • Gross Salary: 25-30K pesos mexicanos.
  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Location: Hermosillo, Mexico.
