We're assembling a high-performance Bug Buster Team to improve code quality, catch bugs before they hit production, and enforce internal controls and accountability. We're hiring 3 developers (1 Senior, 2 Mid-Level) and 1 QA Lead. Our stack is Vue.js + Node.js, and we need people who can read code like a book and debug with ninja precision.

THE ROLE

SR. FULLSTACK

Required Experience:



  • Has 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Works comfortably in Vue.js, Node.js, JavaScript (and/or relevant frameworks), and MSSQL.
  • Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Quick to understand complex codebases written by others
  • Excellent logic and problem-solving skills
  • Great English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong debugging instincts, including black-box thinking


What We Offer:

  • Gross Salary: $95,000 MXN/month.
  • Work Model: Remote
  • Location: Hermosillo, Mexico.


Your Responsabilities:

  • Dive deep into complex bugs and fix them fast
  • Mentor mid-level developers
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
  • Collaborate with the QA Lead to improve code reliability and internal processes
