QA Engineer

We're assembling a high-performance Bug Buster Team to improve code quality, catch bugs before they hit production, and enforce internal controls and accountability. We're hiring 3 developers (1 Senior, 2 Mid-Level) and 1 QA Lead. Our stack is Vue.js + Node.js, and we need people who can read code like a book and debug with ninja precision.

THE ROLE

QA Engineer

  • Strong black-box testing mindset and critical thinking
  • Prior experience leading QA teams or being a QA lead
  • Proficient in manual and automated testing strategies
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills
  • Great English (spoken and written)
  • Understanding of Vue.js / Node.js is a strong plus

What We Offer:

  • Gross Salary: $54,500 MXN/month.
  • Work Model: Remote
  • Location: Hermosillo, Mexico.


Your Responsabilities:

  • Lead the Bug Buster team from a quality assurance perspective
  • Establish and document internal processes for:

Taking on a task

Notifying and verifying its completion

  • Define pre-release controls and testing gates
  • Report regularly to stakeholders on:
  • Bug trends
  • Code quality metrics
  • Team performance
  • Validate bug fixes before they’re released
  • Coordinate with the Sr Developer for seamless bug resolution
