We're assembling a high-performance Bug Buster Team to improve code quality, catch bugs before they hit production, and enforce internal controls and accountability. We're hiring 3 developers (1 Senior, 2 Mid-Level) and 1 QA Lead. Our stack is Vue.js + Node.js, and we need people who can read code like a book and debug with ninja precision.

THE ROLE

Mid. Fullstack Developer

  • Has 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
  • Works comfortably in Vue.js, Node.js, JavaScript (and/or relevant frameworks), and MSSQL.
  • Comfortable navigating and improving existing code
  • Strong logic and ability to understand intent behind code
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Curious, analytical, and not afraid to ask “why?”

What We Offer:

  • Gross Salary: $50,000 MXN/month.
  • Work Model: Remote
  • Location: Hermosillo, Mexico.


Your Responsabilities:

  • Support the senior dev in squashing bugs
  • Contribute to code clean-up and performance improvements
  • Follow the QA’s workflow process for task handling and reporting
  • Participate actively in team discussions and code reviews
